For those who have been living in a cave and dont have even a vague idea of what surfing is, the wikipedia definition is:
Surfing is a surface water sport in which a person (the surfer) rides a board (the surfboard) on the crest of a wave as it carries the surfer towards the shore.
Although you may not think it, Ireland has some of the best waves in the world. The rough west coast is littered with surf spots and surfers come from all over the globe to experience our unspoiled and uncrowded sea.
